In cooperation with the Northern Michigan University, Department of Music
A five-day percussion workshop will take place at the Music Department on the campus of Northern Michigan Univerisity in Marquette Michigan. The camp runs daily from 10 AM - 3 PM, with evening performances at Reynold's Recital Hall and Lakenenland.
Biolo and Kowalkowski are two hightly acclaimed musicians, educators, and pioneers of experimentiation and boundary-pushing in the art of percussive sound-making.
Jr. High, High School & Adults welcome. You MUST be able to read music!
Founded in 2010, Percussive Attack Camp's mission is to provide a milieu for the comprehensive study of sound & rhythm through the application of auditory percussive attacks on music, along with intensive, performance-based instruction, through immersion in a professional and engaging environment.
